Ingredients:

For Dough:

250 gms Refined flour
2 tbsp Ghee
Salt to taste
a pinch of Ajwain
Warm water as required
500 ml Oil or Ghee for Deep Frying

For Stuffing:

100 gms Soaked Moong Dal
1tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Chopped Green Chilli
1 tsp Chopped Ginger
1 tbsp Fennel Seeds (Sounf)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Suger
1 tbsp Green Coriander

Method:

For dough:
Add all given ingredients into flour and make a hard dough with a help of warm water
Keep it aside for while .

For stuffing:
In a pan, add ghee, ginger, chilli, moong dal paste and mix them properly
Add all spices and stir it for a while then add green coriander and keep aside for 30 minutes

For Kachori:
Take a small section of dough and stuff the prepared stuffing properly
Shape it as shown in the video and deep fry it on slow temperature until it's get golden brown
Serve hot with green and red imli chutney
