140gm plain flour
56gm shortening
1-2 tbsp oil (*error recipe on video)


Water dough :
240gm plain flour
Pinch of salt
16gm sugar
56gm shortening
116gm water

Filling:
Garlic 1/2 tbsp
Shallots & red onion 3 tbsp (chopped)
Potatoes 3pcs - medium size (cut it into dice)
Chicken meat 300gm, diced into small cubes
Meat curry powder 3 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chicken stock powder 1tsp
Water 130gm or more
Hard boiled egg 2pcs
