বাংলার ইতিহাসে যুদ্ধ আছে অনেক। তবে সবথেকে মজার যুদ্ধ রসগোল্লার যুদ্ধ। বাংলার মিষ্টি বলতে সারা পৃথিবী আজ রসগোল্লাকে চেনে। কিন্তু এই রসগোল্লার অধিকার নিয়েই যুদ্ধ বেঁধেছিল বাংলা আর উড়িষ্যার। বাঙালি জানে রসগোল্লার আবিষ্কার কলকাতার বাগবাজারের নবীনচন্দ্র দাসের হাতে। কিন্তু তার আগে থেকেই পুরীর মন্দিরে রসগোল্লা ভোগ দেওয়া হয়। তবে রসগোল্লা কি বাঙালির মিষ্টি নয়? উড়িষ্যায় নীলাদ্রি বিজের দিন পালিত হয় রসগোল্লা দিবস। কিন্তু এই বিতর্ক এক কথায় মিটে যাবার নয়। রসগোল্লার GI tag নিয়ে বিবাদ-বিতর্ক তার প্রমাণ। আজকের পর্বে রইল রসগোল্লা কে নিয়ে যুদ্ধের সেই গল্প এবং রসগোল্লার প্রকৃত ইতিহাসের অনুসন্ধান।
