Bumbu halus
5 butir Bawang merah
1/2 buah bombai
3 siung Bawang putih
2 sdt Ketumbar sangrai
1 buah tomat
2 cm Jahe
1 sdm minyak sayur

Bahan lain
1 kg Iga babi
3 lmbr Daun salam
3 lmbr Daun jeruk
5 buah cengkeh
5 buah kapulaga
2 sdm Kecap manis
2 sdm Madu
1 sdm Perasan jeruk nipis
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt lada
1 sdt kaldu jamur bubuk
2 sdm minyak

Olesan
1 sdm margarin lelehkan
1 sdm kecap manis
2 sdm madu
1 sdm saus tiram
Bumbu Sisa rebusan iga

Sambal
15 siung Bawang merah
5 siung Bawang putih
3 buah Cabe merah besar
5 buah Cabe rawit
1 buah Tomat
2 sdt Terasi bakar
1 sdm Gula aren
2 buah jeruk limau
3/4 sdt garam
Minyak sayur

Grilled honey pork ribs

Blended spices:
5 cloves of shallots
Half of onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp toasted corriander seeds
1 tomato
2 cm of ginger
1 tbsp of vegetable oil

Other ingredients:
1 kg of pork ribs
3 bay leaves
3 kaffir lime leaves
5 cloves
5 cardamom
2 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of lime juice
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of ground white pepper
1 tsp of mushroom bouillon
2 tbsp of vegetable oil

Spread mixture:
1 tbsp melted margarine
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp oyster sauce
leftover spices from rib stew

Sambal belacan:
15 cloves of shallots
5 cloves of garlic
3 big red chilies
5 bird's eye chilies
1 tomato
2 tsp of roasted shrimp paste
1 tbsp of palm sugar
2 limau kesturi
3/4 tsp of salt
Vegetable oil
