Hi guys how are you? i hope you all well.
I wanna share with you my new creation.
I swear you will never regret if you try this recipe.

For almond frangipane.
400g almond paste
100g vanilla custard
Just mix together and it’s ready to go.

on how to make almond croissant twiced baked.

For croissant lamination .
Its a 1 double fold. and 1 single fold.
Final thickness 4mm.

on how to make best french croissant.

I proofed it into a 27•c for 1 1/2 hrs. and baked
Into a preheated oven 170•c for 20mins

About the amount of filling you can adjust it for your liking. I did not measured the quantity.
