Welcome to day 1 of 6 of our first continuing mini-series on the channel!

In this series, we will be training core and mobility in short, 20 minute workouts!

This is a progressive program and is part of a larger project on the channel moving forward!

Each Thursday we will be releasing a series of workouts around the same focus, for 6 weeks at a time. Let us know in the comments what types of programs or focus you would like to see as future series!

Today's workout is a full body mobility AND core workout. Mobility and Core work are two aspects of fitness we as coaches hear everyone say they 'need to do more of, but never do'! We have combined the two into short, effective workouts that can be added to the end of a normal strength training routine, or done as stand alone workouts to make sure the work gets done!

⚙️NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

📋WORKOUT FORMAT:
👉20 Movements
👉40s work/20s rest, no repeats

COACHING NOTES
✅Keep all movements to a 6/10 intensity; mildly uncomfortable, gentle
✅Use the largest range of motion you can for each movement
✅Breathe only through the nose if possible
