To make this recipe people spend hours to make milk cream but with condensed milk recipe will be ready within 10 minutes and will taste heavenly.
This is a much loved Christmas sweet in the Goan / Mangalorean and East Indian Catholic communities all over the world.

100gm (1/2 cup)castor sugar
50gm (1/3cup)ground cashew nut
1 tsp vanilla essence or rose
2 to 4 tbsp ghee
1can (240ml) 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
