Here’s a full 30 minute Pilates reformer workout using the sitting box. Box work kicks in after the 7-minute mark; you need the warm-up and preparation before we get into that!

This series uses a Balanced Body IQ Reformer and the Balanced Body Sitting Box Lite, but I provide heavy/light spring cues for anyone using a non-Balanced Body reformer or a Balanced Body Allegro Reformer.
