USA Wrestling GOAT's Favorite Takedown (Low Single Intro & Entry)

Today's video is going to be a very basic Low Single Leg Takedown entry for Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Growing up, watching John Smith was a must. He was retired by the time I started Wrestling, but there was plenty of film to study.

I love the low single as it works very well against opponents of all shape, speeds, and sizes.

There are some obvious risks associated with this takedown in BJJ, but when performed properly, there's little chance that you get caught in submissions.

With that being said, there's still a chance.

This would not be my go-to takedown for Jiu-Jitsu, but it's a great one to have in your back pocket nonetheless.
