Yoga and Pilates Fusion | 50 Minutes

This 50-minute workout combines both pilates and yoga for a full body flow that will leave you feeling strong, centered, balanced and more flexible.

If you love both pilates and yoga (like me!) and sometimes can’t decide which one to do on a particular day, this video gives you the best of both!

We’ll begin the routine with yoga to warm up the body and open up the hips, shoulders, chest and hamstrings. Then we’ll focus on pilates core strength before moving into some standing yoga poses. We’ll finish back down on the mat with Pilates leg and back exercises, as well as a yoga core exercise and stretch.

This pilates and yoga routine is great for both beginner and intermediate levels, and all you need is a mat! Hope you all enjoy this one :)
