Southside Cocktail with Clarified Lemon Juice

Southside cocktail with clarified lemon juice and mint syrup. I called it Fancy Southside. To make the Fancy Southside we used GinRaw - a gastronomic gin made in Barcelona as a result of the collaboration between four masters of their craft: a chef, a sommelier, a mixologist, and a master perfumer. And to make our Southside a little extra fancy we created and used mint syrup and clarified lemon juice. I hope you’ll try to make this drink for yourself and see just how good it is. And don’t forget to spank the mint! ;)


Fancy Southside:
• 50 ml (1 2/3 oz) GinRaw gin
• 20 ml (2/3 oz) clarified lemon juice
• 20 ml (2/3 oz) mint syrup
• 2 drops of saline solution
