Three salads for soft food and puree diets that will help put raw, fresh fruits and vegetables back in your diet.

Waldorf Salad:
1/2 apple, cored, peeled & chopped
1 small stalk celery, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
small handful walnuts
1 Tbs mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients in food processor or mini food chopper & run for a few seconds until desired consistency is reached.

Tomato, Cucumber & Red Pepper Relish:
1 small tomato, chopped
1/4 red bell pepper, chopped
section of cucumber, chopped
salt to taste
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Combine all ingredients in food processor & blend for a few seconds until desired consistency is reached.

Cole Slaw
1/4 of small cabbage
2 dill pickle slices, chopped
1/2 carrot, chopped
salt to taste
1 Tbs mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until desired consistency is reached.
