In today's pilates class we will use the wall as our workout prop. This is a tough sweaty sequence that will work the entire body, improving your posture, balance and strength imbalances. The wall gives us a lot of feedback as to where our body is in space it is both challenging and unforgiving in the best way. You will "feel" taller at the end of this workout.
