Today's pilates class is a 1 hour full body workout routine. We will begin with standing lower body exercises using the wall for some of the classic pilates positions. Then we will move to the floor for back extension, abdominal work, and stretching with the wall as our prop. This class will improve your posture, challenge your strength and keep you interested.
