A 10 minute morning stretch to help you feel your radiant best! It's SO important to start your day with some stretching exercises to release built up tightness and stress in the neck and shoulders, hips and low back, and the thighs and hamstrings. This routine does all of that, and it helps to increase your internal energy flow, and deepen your breath, bringing oxygen and prana to every cell in your body. Just 10 minutes will change your entire day! When you're done you'll feel great, and you'll be ready to make great things happen today!

The stretches in today's practice are great for all fitness levels, including beginners, and for bodies of all shapes and sizes. Always listen to your body, take breaks whenever necessary, skip or modify any poses that feel unreasonable in your body, and most importantly HAVE FUN ;-)
