EASY HEALTHY Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe Aunty Mary Cooks. Mixed vegetable stir fry is quick and easy to cook. It’s healthy and delicious too. It’s a great way to eat various types of vegetables in a dish. Aunty Mary shows how to cook this easy recipe healthy mixed vegetable stir fry at home.

Ingredients

200g cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
200g broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
2 small carrots, peel and cut
1 packet of baby corn, about 150g, cut
1 knob ginger, slice thinly
1/2 bulb garlic, peel and chop

Seasoning Sauce

1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp corn starch
1 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine, Shaoxing
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 C water

Note:
1. This recipe can serve 3-4 people
2. You can add other vegetables to it like cabbage, mixed peppers etc.
3. If you like it spicy, you can add a chopped red chilli to it. If you like the sauce thicker, you can add a little more corn starch.
3. You can also add a pinch of pepper powder if you like it a little peppery.
4. Do not over cook the veggies. A little bite and crunch is nice.
