Title:-Healthy Shake

Ingredients:-
1. Fresh Dates
2. Milk
3. Fresh Anjeer
4. Fresh melons


Recipe:-
1.Date Shake
First of all take out the seeds of fresh dates.

Now take it out in a glass and garnish with fresh dates and serve.

2.Anjeer Shake

To make Anjeer shake, take fresh Anjeer . Wash them thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.
Now add some milk to the pulses in the mixer and grind it well.

.Now take it out in 1 glasses and serve.


3.Melon shake

First of all, wash the melons and cut them into small pieces. Put them in the mixer and add milk and grind them well.

Now take it out in 1 glasses and serve garnished with chopped melon and serve it
