Title:- Ram Laddoo chaat

Ingredients:-
1. Radish with green leaves
2. coriander leaves
3. Green chilli
4. Ginger
5. 1/2 tbs black salt
6. Mango powder
7. Salt
8. Lemon juice
9. Hing
10. Barik besan Sev
11. Moong dal(1 bowl)
12. Chana dal(1/4 bowl)
13. Udad dal(1/3 bowl)
14. Oil for deep fry


Recipe:-

1.First of all, to make chutney for Ram Laddu, we need to wash the green radish leaves and chop them finely.

2.Now put these chopped leaves in a mixer jar and add green coriander and add some ginger ,green chilli, add 1/2 tbs black salt,mango powder,and add white salt as per taste.

3.Add lemon juice ,hing and add some small besan sev.and grind it all.

4.Now take out this chutney in a separate bowl.

5.Now take 1 radish and make sprouts. Now cut it into small pieces. Now drain the water from the radish sprouts thoroughly.

6.Now you can use the finely chopped green chillies, mix them, add coriander, add green chillies or mix them..but do not add the name to it yet because if you add the name now then it will turn watery.

7.Now to make Ram Laddu, soak the ingredients that we had distributed in the bowl for 4-5 hours. After that, drain the water and grind it.

8.Do not grind finely.

9.Take it out in a bowl and beat for 4_5 mintues.

10.Beat it for 10 minutes so that our laddoos become soft and spongy. And beat it until its color changes.

11.Add some chatney or salt as per taste and mix well.

12.Now ready for deep fry,put oil in a pan ,when it gets hot add small pieces in oil and fry when it slightly golden.

13.Now take it out in a plate and add some chaat masala and some salt to the salate that we had kept aside.

14.Now ready for eat to serve.
