WALKING AND WILD CAMPING ON THE SOUTH DOWNS WAY | PART 2: EXTON TO BURITON

Welcome to the South Downs Way! This is Part 2 of this popular long distance route that runs 100 miles from Winchester city in Hampshire to Eastbourne on the East Sussex coast, covering 3 counties and the South Downs National Park.

In Part 2 I am joined by my other half Dawn as we walk 12.5 miles from the village of Exton, wild camping overnight on top of Old Winchester Hill, and then walking on to the village of Buriton via Butser Hill and Queen Elizabeth Country Park. We used our OEX Phoxx 2 tent.
