Ingredients and process:
A. Bhetki fillet : 10 pieces
Now add half lemon juice, salt according to taste,keep them aside for 20 minutes. Instead of lemon juice you can opt vinegar and also add black pepper powder. Now take one plate and keep:
B. Medium size onion : 1 nos
C. 2 " long ginger piece : 1 nos
D. Cloves : 10 nos
E. Green chilli : 5 nos
F. Pudina(mint) leaves : one fist
G. Coriander leaves : one fist
Make a paste of the above items. Now add 2 tbsp paste in the fish, and coat the same on each fish piece, take one glass box and keep all the pieces in normal freeze for 45 minutes. Now take two eggs on a plate, whip the same, add little salt and black pepper. Now remove the fish from freeze, add 3 tbsp whipped egg in it, add 2 tbsp maida(all purpose flour), coat them evenly on all fish pieces. Now take sufficient amount of bread crumb, add little salt, add black pepper. Now coat one fish piece in bread crumb, then coat it with whipped egg and again coat with bread crumb. You can also go for double coat. Now shape each piece like rectangle with a scraper. Now take a kadai, add sufficient amount of refined oil, after heat up the oil, fry each piece one by one with high to medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
