Hello everyone, we have finally received some new information about Columbina and her playstyle, along with some details about version 5.4. The source of this information is White, who disclosed the connection between Xbalanque and the Pyro Archon a few days ago.
Columbina, also known by her codename Damselette, is the Third of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. According to information from White, she will be a Cryo 5-star character. As for her playstyle, she is going to be a main DPS. There's no information about her weapon so far, but old information from Blackrose suggests that her weapon's shape is like a machete. If this is true, then she will most likely be a sword user.
The info about her using a machete may not sound legit, but after looking at Navia's weapon design, it doesn't seem impossible to me. However, keep in mind that this is old information, maybe around 4 to 5 months old, so it's subject to change.
Regarding her vision: Earlier, there was confusion in the community about whether she would be Cryo or Pyro; some people even thought she would be an Anemo character, and they had their theories. The source didn't mention anything about her delusion, but if I were to take a guess, I would say she might have a Pyro delusion, and this guess is purely based on her design.
Some players thought that she would be an Anemo user due to the Seelie theory, but according to info revealed by Team Mew a few weeks ago, Columbina isn't a Seelie. According to Team Mew, Columbina is of a blessed race, with a direct link to the gods of Natlan. The term "blessed race" compares her to existing characters and beings such as Yae Miko or the Aranara, which means her species were likely created by the previous Pyro Archon.
From what we have seen in the trailer and heard from the other Fatui Harbingers, Columbina seems to be a very mysterious character. While she appears to be uncaring and oblivious to her surroundings no matter the situation, she is implied to be extremely dangerous, as both Tartaglia and Wanderer have warned us to be wary around her if we ever meet her. On the other hand, Arlecchino is less wary of her, stating that if she were to properly answer a question, it could be entirely unpredictable, but any of her answers would be interesting in general.
So it's hard to say whether she's on our side or not. But if she's going to be playable, she must have some good qualities in her, or maybe not. We have got three playable Fatui Harbingers so far, and all of them are main DPS characters, and we are all set to get another. But I'm not complaining; I'm definitely excited for her.
Moving on to the 5.4 info: they said that Hoyoverse won't add any new Liyue area in version 5.4. This isn't surprising since there's nothing left, but I'm wondering if they will add the Dornman port of Mondstadt in 5.4 or not. We have heard a lot about it during various story quests and events, but we haven't seen it yet. Since we'll go to Snezhnaya after Natlan, and we know that it shares its boundaries with Mondstadt, this would be a good time to release the Dornman port area.
And since there will be only one region left after Natlan, I wonder if they will release more than one playable Fatui Harbinger in Natlan. What do you think? Let me know in the comments.
