This Workout is another fun and super sweaty Cardio x HIIT Session, which involves our total body while including some Kickboxing Style Cardio moves. ❤️
We will be powering 30 sec on 🔥 and resting 15 sec.

The weights I used to spice it up: 2x2 kg (for your reference).
