What sets their solution apart is its modularity, enabling customers to start small and expand their station's capacity as needed. Their expertise in the compressed natural gas business, developed over 40 years through ANGI Energy Systems, equips them with valuable knowledge for optimizing heavy-duty vehicle refueling, which is a growing trend in the hydrogen industry.

The key distinction between light-duty and heavy-duty refueling operations was explained. Light-duty vehicles have smaller tanks and faster fills, while heavy-duty transport trucks require significantly more fuel and a streamlined, efficient refueling process. Gilbarco Veeder-Root's approach focuses on accommodating mixed usage stations, serving both light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles.

To address the challenges of back-to-back heavy-duty vehicle refueling, they utilize simulation software to determine the required storage and compression capacity. Their booth at the expo featured a model demonstrating the modularity of their solution and a working dispenser for visitors to interact with.

Regarding international deployment, they plan to offer their refueling stations in North America and Europe initially, with shipments beginning soon. They intend to expand to other global markets in the future, leveraging the global presence of their parent company, Gilbarco-Veeder, and its extensive service and engineering networks.
