This is a Full Body Pilates Workout with the long resistance band. This is an Intermediate/advanced class. We will use the theraband to do reformer based arm work you will find side facing exercises like star, external rotation, and Archer. I also created a mat version of rolling in and out from the Cadillac repertoire that is extremely challenging on the balance! Just something to play around with and have fun in our pilates practice.

I am using a medium tension band for reference.

Prepare to get sweaty!
