⬇️⬇️ Pork congee with century & salted eggs Chi + English recipe follows ⬇️⬇️

★份量:2人

★食材:
-豬肉HKD20
-皮蛋2隻
-咸蛋2隻
-米160克
-水1600毫升

★豬肉調味:
-鹽適量
-糖適量
-豉油1/2 茶匙

★做法:
1) 豬肉切片,加入鹽、糖及豉油醃豬肉30分鐘
2) 洗米後把米及水放入電飯煲,按煮飯模式
3) 把瘦肉用滾水煮1至2分鐘後夾起
4) 皮蛋及咸蛋烚12分鐘 (按個人喜好,皮蛋可選擇不烚)
5) 皮蛋及咸蛋切片
6) 當電飯煲煮了粥約30至40分鐘後,將皮蛋、咸蛋及瘦肉放入電飯煲內
7) 電飯煲完成煮粥後即成

★注意:需要不時攪一攪電飯煲內的粥

★Serving: 2 people

★Ingredients:
-Lean pork HKD20
-Century egg x2
-Salted egg x2
-Rice 160g
-Water 1600ML

★Marinade- Lean pork:
-Salt 1 pinch
-Sugar 1 pinch
-Soy sauce 1/2 tsp

★Steps:
1) Slice the meat, marinate the lean pork in salt, sugar and soy sauce
2) Wash the rice, put the rice and water into rice cooker, select normal cooking mode
3) Boil the meat 1-2 minutes
4) Boil century eggs and salted eggs 12 minutes (Boil century eggs is optional)
5) Slice century eggs and salted eggs
6) After rice cooker has been cooking for 30-40 minutes, add all ingredients
7) Rice cooker finish cooking, serve.

★Remarks: Keep stirring the rice
