Tasty Budget Eats - Brunch at The American Diner Benimar Rojales

For somewhere different and unplanned, we headed to Benimar near Rojales and Ciudad Quesada to try something and somewhere different for food.

We ended up at The American Diner (formally Route 66) in Benimar and we were interested in their food offerings.
All decked out for Halloween, four of us decided to opt a combination of omelette and various American style Cheese Melt Toasties.
We were NOT disappointed and will be back in the future!
For our Brunch, we had omelette with additional smoked American style bacon, Cajun Chicken and bacon Melt Toastie and Chilli Cheese Melt Toastie.

Note. Their Chilli is exceptional!
