Here's a 55 minutes total body workout video for you to enjoy your last workout of 2020 with me.

Equipment: barbell alternative dumbbell.

🔺1:53 T1 WARM UP 🎶 Mom’s old hatchback by by In Too Deep - Lvly (4 minutes 38 seconds)
Weight: Light barbell something you feel comfortable to start.
Track focus: Timing, understanding the basic to warm up the body and get ready for the workout.

🔺 7:06 T2 SQUAT 🎶 City of sin by Nbhd Nick (5 minutes 07 seconds)
Weight: Heavy barbell ideally for regulars 3 to 4 times and for beginners double up the warm up weight.
Track focus: From 2 blocks working slow and control on lower body muscle glutes and side glutes.

🔺12:46 T3 CHEST 🎶 Hear me calling by Spring Gang & Don't wanna sleep by Swift7 (6 minutes)
Weight: Bench, medium weights which ideally 1/3 off the squat weight. Beginners welcome to go back to warm up weights. You always can use dumbbell for this track.
Track focus: muscle work pectoral and focus to keep range on each reps. 2 blocks chest press and pushups watch out speed on moving pushups.

🔺19:14 T4 BACK 🎶 Back for love by DJ Mayson (5 minutes 43 seconds)
Weight: Barbell weight can be chest weight or slightly more.
Track focus: Posterior chain, working with power and energy from lower body and upper body to engage hamstring, glutes and arms.

🔺25:31 T5 TRICEPS 🎶 Leaving at midnight by Waykap (4 minutes 42 seconds)
Weight: 1 piece of small and medium single plate.
Track focus: Triceps in 4 blocks all in one to shape and tone back of the arms. Keep strong posture throughout the track.

🔺30:45 T6 BICEPS 🎶 Let you go by Daxten Remix (4 minutes)
Weight: Pair of medium or small plates.
Track focus: Biceps to tone and shape as well as strengthen up. Keep steady body during the curls.

🔺 35:09 T7 LUNGE 🎶 Down the hall by Raccy (6 minutes 29 seconds)
Weight: Light barbell like warm up. You can use a single weight or bodyweight.
Track focus: Glutes, Hamstring and Quad all in one track for the lower body conditioning. Great challenging track with 2 blocks focus to keep the bottom range throughout both blocks.

🔺42:12 T8 SHOULDERS 🎶 She's got a ticket to my heart by Basixx (4 minutes 31 seconds)
Weight: Barbell which can be between warm up and chest weight and 2 small or medium plates. You can also use dumbbell for this track.
Track focus: Shoulder around deltoid you also have pushups for shoulder strength with bodyweight.

🔺47:11 T9 ABS & CORE 🎶 Maximum high by Xack & Top Speed Nbhd Nick (6 minutes)
Track focus: upper & lower abs combination as well as obliques in first block. 2nd block focus on core and shoulder and keep working through to improve plank holding position.
Equipment: Bodyweight

🔺53:42 T10 STRETCH 🎶 Cosmic Jam by Gloria Tells (3 minutes)
Track focus: relax your muscle and stretch hip flexer, glutes, hamstring, quad and upper body arms and shoulder
