Heyy!! I have a brand new workout video which I have created for you to do it from home or gym.

Are you missing gym class? This LOWERBODY WORKOUT under 30 minutes a low impact dumbbell workout to tone and shape Legs and Booty. Perfect for morning before work or even on your lunge break. 6 tracks including warm up and stretch. Exercise to music will give more challenge on each track and it will keep muscle under tension.

Equipment: 1 pair of dumbbell small or medium. You also can use barbell for T2 Squat & T4 Lunges
Time: 30 minutes

🔹 1:32 T1 WARM UP 🎶 Space Palace by Yesable
Workout focus: warm up the body to get ready for workout.

🔹5:54 T2 SQUAT 🎶 City of Sin by Ndhd Nick
Workout focus: muscle work glutes and hamstring. 2 blocks wide and wider. You can always use barbell or bodyweight for this track.

🔹11:37 T3 INTEGRATED 🎶 No Suger Coated Love by Oomiee Remix (Tape Machine)
Workout focus: integrate muscle work using arms and posterior chain.

🔹15:03 T4 LUNGE 🎶 Down the Hall by Raccy
Workout focus: engage quad, glutes and hamstring. Idea is to keep tension on muscle by keeping pressure by lowering back knee towards the floor and front leg parallel to the floor.

🔹22:00 T5 GLUTES 🎶 You get all of Me by Katnip
Workout focus: glutes engagement by using core strength when balancing on single leg. This workout is good to give burn so you will shape and tone around the butt.

🔹26:00 T6 STRETCH 🎶 Show Motion Pt.1 by Oomiee
Workout focus: relax your muscle and stretch lower body.
