Improving Hornby Railroad Gresley Teaks

This video shows you the steps involved if you want to improve the appearance of the Hornby Railroad Gresley teak coaches. Some people will say, "Why bother, when Hornby have made much more acurate superdetailed teaks since then?". However, the superdetailed versions are very expensive, and a bit too perfect for many peoples' liking. If you are working on a budget, you can often pick up the cheap Gresleys for as little as £6 on ebay. They are roughly 16mm shorter than scale length, but look great alongside the Ian Kirk kits.

Apologies for the length of the video - I waffled on a bit but wanted to show exactly how I made the improvements. Other people on Youtube have probably done better jobs than me, but I haven't seen others modifying the underframes - a quick and relatively straightforward improvement.
