One of the problem areas that I experience from training is tight upper back muscles. I've experienced spasm which seize up my back muscles so much that I'm not able to even stand straight.

I've had this problem since I was a college kid who spent too much time training BJJ and playing videos games. Sitting in a chair at a desk only furthers the rounded back posture that causes this tight upper back issue.

In this video. I show how to use a lacrosse ball in order to loosen up some of those tight back muscles that get locked up after training BJJ or working out.

I hope this video helps out. I know over the years. This has been helpful to me in relieving the pain in my back.
