STREAMLINE DOLPHIN KICK | The Most Important Swimming Skill!

Streamline Dolphin Kick is easily the most important swimming skill you are going to need to improve your times, and is often referred to as the Fifth Stroke in swimming!

In this swimming tutorial we are going to look at how to do dolphin kick correctly and help you improve as a proficient swimmer. Swimming underwater in a streamline position is the quickest way to travel through the water and whenever you are swim training in the pool, it's something that needs to be focused on off every wall!

If you want to learn how to swim faster underwater then you need to make sure you are concentrating on two main aspects; A tight streamline position with your arms locked behind your ears and pointing your feet like a ballerina; and smooth flowing body undulations during your butterfly kick starting from your chest.
