Matar Patties

Ingredients:
3 no. – Potato Big Size
2 Cup – Green Peas
2 tsp – Sugar
1 tbsp – Oil
1 tsp- Cumin Seeds
2 tsp – White Sesame
2 tbsp – Cashew Chopped

Masala (Grinding)
6 no- Green Chillies
2 Small Piece – Ginger
1 Cup – Papdi

2 tbsp – Sugar
Salt to taste
1 tsp – Garam Masala Powder
½ Cup – Fresh Coconut Grated
2 tbsp – Chickpea Flour (Besan)
1+ ½ tbsp – Corn flour
1 tsp – Oil

½ Cup – Green Garlic
3 tbsp – Coriander Leaves
1 no – Lemon Juice
Coating – Corn Flour

Method:
Take a Pressure Cooker and Keep Potato for Boil and Give Three Whistle
Take a Pan add Water, Let Boil and then add Green Peas , Sugar and Mix it Boil for 2-3 Min for High Flame and Strain it and add Cold Water and put into ice Cold Water and Keep for 2 -3 Min , again Strain it and Keep above the Kitchen Towel and Tap with Cloth. And Grind Coarsely.
Take a Pan and add Oil, Cumin, White Sesame, Cashew Chopped, roast little then add Grinded Green Peas, Mix Properly and Cook Little then add Sugar, Salt to taste, Mix Properly
Take a Mixie Jar then add Green Chillies, Ginger, Papadi, and Grind Coarsely and Keep aside
Put above in Pan and Mix it then add Garam Masala Powder, Coconut Grated, Mix Properly and Cook for 3-4 Min and Keep aside and Remove in Bowl
Take a Potato and Remove Skin and Mesh them, Salt to taste, Besan, Corn flour, Little Oil Mix it. Little Grease with Hand and Make a Proper
In the Green Peas Stuffing add Green Garlic, Coriander Leaves, Lemon Juice and Mix Properly and Grease Hand with Oil and Make small Same Size Ball of Stuffing and Potato also and Keep aside
Take a Potato Mixture and Stuff Green Peas Stuffing and Make a Ball and Deep into Corn flour and Make a Balls Like this and Fry Golden Two times and Serve with Chutney.

Chutney:
Ingredients:
2 Small Piece - Ginger
4 no. – Spicy Chillies
2 no- Less Spicy Chillies
10-12 no – Spinach Leaves
25-30 no – Mint Leaves
2 Cup – Coriander Leaves
2 tbsp – Sugar
Salt to taste
12-15 no – Green Garlic
1 Cup – Besan Papdi
½ no – Lemon Juice
Method:
Take a Mixie Jar and add above ingredients, Grind Little and then add, Sugar, Salt, Green Garlic and Papdi, Lemon Juice Grind it
