Описание к видео Eating Like a Local in Nha Trang: Jellyfish, Pork Rolls, and Anchovy Sticky Rice 🇻🇳

As we travel north through Vietnam, we find ourselves in a town called Nha Trang, indulging in local delicacies. Yes, we are eating like a local again!

The first of our three dishes is called Bún Sứa (Jellyfish Noodle Soup): This unique dish features jellyfish, rice vermicelli noodles, and a clear broth, often served with shrimp and fish cakes. We're savoring this delightful dish at Quán Mịn, located at 170 Bạch Đằng, Nha Trang.

Next up is Nem Nướng Ninh Hòa (Grilled Fermented Pork Roll): Originating from Ninh Hòa, near Nha Trang, these grilled pork rolls are typically served with fresh herbs, rice paper, and a special dipping sauce. We are enjoying Nem Nướng at Nem Nướng Đặng Văn Quyên, found at 16A Lãn Ông, Xương Huân, Nha Trang.

Finishing off, we find room for Xôi Cá Cơm (Anchovy Sticky Rice): This unique and flavorful dish from Nha Trang combines the savory taste of anchovies with the comforting texture of sticky rice. We are indulging in Xôi Cá Cơm at 106 Trần Quý Cáp, Vạn Thắng, Nha Trang.
