Dynasty Warriors 8: XL CE - Others Story Mode 3 - Chase at Hulao Gate (Ultimate)

DW4 Hulao Gate music, YEAAAAAAH. Anyways, this stage has Dong Zhuo act the complete opposite of the last stage where he stops at nothing to get Diaochan back in the middle of Hulao Gate. Naturally this stage ends with you fighting her and Lu Bu. But you also have to go through basically the entire enemy coalition first.

Dong Zhuo is actually kind of fun to use. He has a very stationary moveset where he just chucks bombs the whole time but they can deal some good damage and you can leave some on the ground to detonate later for added damage. His EX grab and his musou grab are pretty good too. However since he can't jump cancel you can get overwhelmed, so I find it's good to have his secondary be something that can handle close range better. Ding Fing's weapon I find to oddly be a good fit.
