Today’s LOWER BODY dumbbell workout consist of 6 different exercises performed with a pyramid structured timer! 30/45/60/45/30 seconds work, following each working set with 20 seconds rest! Ending this workout with a 100 rep CORE FINISHER! We’ll start with a 3 minute warmup & end with a nice long cool down!

All you will need for this workout is a set of dumbbells and a mat or soft surface! For your reference, I’ll be using a set of 25lbs dumbbells.

Here’s the workout:
3 minute warm up..

EXERCISES:
1. Squat w/ 1/2 rep
2. alt. forward lunge
3. RDL
4. alt. reverse lunge
5. Sumo dl, sumo squat
6. alt. curtsy lunge


CORE FINISHER:

100 Bicycle crunches 🥵

WOAH 😳
Legs left the chat 🔥
Such a good burn and the repetitive nature of this workout allowed that opportunity to dial in the mind muscle connection, allowing us to improve our form!
