Matcha | How the finest Japanese matcha is made | Soul Food from Japan

Matcha is a finely ground powder made from specially grown and processed green tea leaves. A trendy version of this traditional drink is matcha latte. While researching for a documentary about Japanese tea, we were able to record those videos in one of the oldest Japanese tea factories in Uchi.
