Описание к видео Masaidio Kalenga: Promoting Community Well-Being through Agriculture in Uganda

This presentation will familiarize the friends with the way a Baháʼí inspired organization delivers the Preparation for Social Action program in Uganda. Masaidio Kalenga will share how the program's focus on agriculture has impacted many families to become protagonists for their own social, economic and spiritual development.
Masaidio Kalenga left the Democratic Republic of Congo as a young man in 1998 and decided to settle in Uganda. He now lives in Uganda with his wife and 2 children. In 2007 he chose to leave Kampala and live in one of the remote villages of Uganda where he fell in love with the Preparation for Social Action program which was being implemented by a local Baháʼí inspired Organization. He continues to coordinate the agricultural activities within the organization and has also started building a primary school in the same village where he anticipates to help children benefit from the experience he has gained working with the organization.
