ingrédients pour environ 40 à 45 samoussas


40 /45 feuilles de samoussas

400g de viande hachée

3 gros oignons émincés

3gousses d'ail râpées

1 CS d'épices curry

1cc de garam masala

sel

1 grosse carotte râpée grossièrement

de l'huile pour la friture

un peu d'eau ou de la colle à la farine
pour coller les samoussas.
