Summertime Pasta With Lonsa!

What a find this Lonsa was at my local farmer’s market! Here’s a recipe that cooks fast, uses lots of fresh ingredients, and tastes amazing! Definitely give it a try yourself. Thanks to @aajisfood for making this sauce, and giving me this idea!!

Ingredients:
1 lb sea scallops
1/2 lb linguine
1 C summer squash, diced
3/4 C cherry tomatoes, halved
1 medium shallot, chopped
2 tbs olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 tbs butter or ghee
8 oz tomato Lonsa
