This healthy and easy brownies recipe is no joke! No flour, sugar, egg, butter, chocolate or cream.
You basically just mix the ingredients and bake it in the oven and there you have the chocolaty guilt-free dessert!


Healthy Oatmeal Banana Brownie Recipe

INGREDIENTS
2 Bananas plus for topping
Rolled oats - 120g (1 and 1/4 cups)
Cocoa powder - 1Tbsp
Baking powder- 2 tsp
*water for soaking oatmeal
1 tsp honey or agave if you like it sweeter


HOW TO MAKE
-Mix 120 g (1 and ¼ cups) rolled oats with 1 cup of water and let sit for 5 minutes
-Mash 2 ripe bananas with a fork
-Add the oatmeal mixture plus 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 2 tsp baking powder
-Mix everything together
Pour the batter into an 8 inch baking pan
-Slice a third banana for the topping
-Bake at 350F (180C) for 30 min

Tips*
Use ripe banana for sweeter result. You can add crushed nuts or dried fruits for more fun varieties!
