NEW "FIT MODEL DIVISION": The Official Criteria & My Thoughts

Tyler Manion and the NPC just released breaking news of a new women's bodybuilding division that will be at the 2025 bodybuilding shows! I wanted to go over what this means for girls looking to get into bodybuilding that may have looked into the bikini division, and haven't developed as much muscle that's needed by today's standard. I think this will be great for women's bodybuilding athletes as well as coaches! I took a deep dive into the official criteria and rules of the Fit Model Division as outlined by NPC News Online, and showed photos of 2015 era of bikini that is highlighted with Ashley Kaltwasser and Angelica Texiera at the Bikini Olympia.
