咖喱魔鬼鱼,🐟味道超级浓郁,鱼肉鲜嫩,配上米饭两碗都不够🌶️🍚

材料:700克魔鬼鱼、2个茄子、1把羊角豆、2个番茄、1个洋葱、2勺鱼咖喱粉、1把咖喱叶、800毫升清水、200毫升椰浆、2勺生抽、半勺盐

辣椒泥:10条辣椒干、5个红葱头、5个蒜

1)把鱼清洗干净、茄子羊角豆番茄切备用
2)10条辣椒干、5个红葱头、5个蒜搅成泥
3)热锅热油,油炸茄子&羊角豆30秒取出备用
4)锅留底油,加入辣椒泥2勺咖喱粉炒均匀,再加入1把咖喱叶&洋葱一起炒香
5)加入800毫升清水煮至沸腾,加入炸好的蔬菜、鱼块、番茄&200毫升椰浆搅拌均匀焖煮8分钟
6)开盖加入2勺生抽&半勺盐搅拌均匀就可以出锅了❤️

4) Leave the oil in the pan, add 2 tablespoons of chili paste and stir-fry evenly, then add 1 handful of curry leaves and onion and stir fry together
5) Add 800 ml of water and boil until boiling, add the fried vegetables, fish pieces, tomatoes & 200 ml of coconut milk, stir evenly, simmer for 8 minutes
6) Open the lid and add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce & half a tablespoon of salt, stir evenly, and ready to be serve❤️
