Beef potato casserole

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs Russet potatoes
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
Start by peeling potatoes to cover a 9x13 dish or cover whatever you have,
place in large bowl and a seasonings, place in dish and cook for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.

SAUCE
3 Tbsp butter
5 Tbsp all-purpose
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 1/4 cup whole milk
salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 quart baking dish
Add around 3 tablespoons oil or bacon grease
stir in flower until it becomes a paste
Add milk stir constantly until thick add heavy cream mix well poor over potatoes and ground beef add cheese and cook for 40 min or until cheese is brown
let stand for a minute or two
