Namaste sweet friends, I hope you enjoy this yin yoga class for deep relaxation and calming anxiety.

For this yin yoga class, bring two blocks. If you don’t have blocks, a bolster, stack of blankets, or pillows will work!

Yin yoga is a deeply relaxing practice where postures are held for 2-7 minutes, traditionally. Today we’ll be holding calming yoga poses for about 2 minutes.

Longer holds allow the body to relax into the yoga pose and let the mind settle - this is a very meditative class! You will feel your nervous system relax which is great for stress and anxiety.

Whether you need yoga for anxiety or a deep yin yoga stretch, this full body yin yoga class will open up your body and calm your mind. This yin yoga class is great for a beginner yoga class - or anyone wanting to feel a little more freedom in their body.
