कुरकुरीत आणि चविष्ट चिकन ६५ बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• ५०० ग्रॅम बोनलेस चिकन
• १ मोठा चमचा आलं-लसूण पेस्ट
• १ चमचा धनेपूड
• १/४ चमचा गरम मसाला
• १/२ चमचा काळी मिरपूड
• १ चमचा हिरव्या मिरचीचा ठेचा

• चवीनुसार मीठ

Let’s see how to make crunchy and tasty chicken 65 today. This is a very south Indian recipe. It is spicy and flavorful deep-fried chicken. It is a good appetizer or party starter or good side dish with main course. It looks tempting and tastes super delicious. This nis yet the most requested recipes so far on our channel. If you can make it perfectly in restaurant style at home, then why go out? Here I am with a perfect chicken 65 recipe. This is a very easy and simple recipe. It needs very few ingredients. Ingredients:
• 500 gm boneless Chicken
• 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp Garam masala
• 1/2 tsp black Pepper powder
• 1 tsp Green chili paste
• Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Red chili powder
• 1/4 cup thick Curd
• Few drops Red food color
• 2 tsp Rice flour
• 2 tsp Corn flour
• Oil for frying
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 2~3 tsp finely chopped Garlic
• 3~4 slit Green chilies
• Curry leaves
• Black Pepper powder
• Chat masala to taste

Method:
• Use boneless specifically chicken breast for this recipe. You also can use curry cut chicken.
• Wash the chicken really good and cut it into cubes. Add ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder,
garam masala, black pepper powder, green chili paste, curry leaves, salt and red chili powder and
mix everything well together.
• Add curd and red food color and mix well.
• Cover and marinate the chicken preferably overnight or at least an hour.
• Add rice flour and corn flour and mix everything well together.
• Heat up oil in a pan and drop the chicken pieces into it.
• Fry it well on medium heat until they turn crunchy.
• Fry for about 3-4 minutes from each side.
• When the chicken is fried well, take it out, drain excess oil and transfer it into a dish.
• You can have it as it is now.
• Heat up oil in a pan and add garlic.
• Fry well and add green chilies.
• When the garlic begins to turn golden, add curry leaves and mix well.
• Add the fried chicken and mix well.
• Add black pepper powder and chat masala and mix well. Chicken 65 is ready.
• You can have it as it is or serve with chutney or mayonnaise or sauce.
• You can make veg 65 or paneer 65 using the same method.
