As part of the 'The Pelvic Bowl and The Pelvic Floor Muscles' tutorial, Mira will guide you to get 'intimate' with your pelvic floor. Mira explores the different parts of the pelvic floor, allowing you to notice the different sensations you feel in your body. She will then guide you through releasing, activating, and finally strengthen the muscles.

You will need any one of these props: Pilates roller, any ball (children bouncy ball or volley or basketball), or a few cushions or pillows.
