Here are the best exercises to do so:

💪🏽 First up, pistol squats with a box:

So you bring your hands out in front of you, bring one knee up, then squat down with your other leg and touch the box lightly.

This activates your legs, especially your glutes on each side.

Do 3 sets of 10 reps.

💪🏽 Next up is the prone leg extension:

This relieves tension in the hamstrings, as well as the calves.

It also helps the posterior chain.

💪🏽 Next is the foam roller, specifically on the glutes.

Sit on the foam roller (horizontally underneath you), then cross one foot over your other leg.
