Props: One Dumbbell (1-5 lbs) and Foot Strap
Focus: Full Body - extra focus on Upper Body & Abs
Difficulty Rating: 4 (advanced) - due to the number of layers and repetitions (endurance strength)
Duration: 60 Minutes (+ stretch)

Machine Set-Up at the START of class:
1B Spring ON (light)
Foot-bar folded DOWN and out of the way
Headrest DOWN
Foot Strap (safety strap) ON
Squishy Pad available under platform
Dumbbell in between shoulder blocks

I’ve got a FULL BODY workout for you with “Put It All Together”. This workout will challenge every muscle in your body, but it does have extra focus on the upper body and abdominals! This workout will require your grit and determination as we get through one rep at a time together focusing on core engagement throughout every sequence. We will move with intention through several layers challenging our endurance strength. One dumbbell is the only prop you will need separate from your Reformer. This dumbbell should weigh anywhere from 1lb to 5 lbs, but choose wisely! The repetitions will make you question your weight choice, but know you are stronger than you believe! We are all stronger together!

I give this workout a difficulty rating of 4 (advanced) due to the number of layers and repetitions in each sequence training our endurance strength. There is only one sequence that will have us standing on the Reformer which will tap into our cardiovascular stamina as well.

The Jess P Fit YouTube channel has been the latest addition to her work within the fitness space that developed after the COVID pandemic hit in 2020! The YouTube channel quickly gained traction and momentum with specific interest on her advanced Pilates Reformer workouts. Her journey through fitness has moved quickly and continues to drive her motivation to inspire others to be healthy and fit in life!
