蒜香蜜汁奶油鸡,🐔皮脆多汁,蒜香味浓郁,肉质滑嫩,超级好吃😋

食材:半只鸡、半勺盐、半勺胡椒粉、1勺绍兴酒、3勺牛奶、5瓣蒜、2勺生抽、1勺蚝油、4勺蜜糖、2勺清水、1颗蛋、4勺玉米淀粉、50克牛油

1)鸡肉加入半勺盐、半勺胡椒粉、1勺绍兴酒、3勺牛奶腌制半小时
2)准备酱料,2勺生抽、1勺蚝油、3勺蜜糖、2勺清水搅拌均匀
3)腌好的鸡肉加入1颗蛋&4勺玉米淀粉抓拌均匀
4)热锅热油,把鸡肉炸至金黄色,再翻炸一次就可以出锅备用
5)锅留底油,加入50克牛油溶化后倒入蒜末爆香,加入调好的酱汁煮至浓稠熄火;把鸡块加入快速翻炒就可以出锅了❤️
