Splitboarding Snoqualmie Pass

Описание к видео Splitboarding Snoqualmie Pass

Had to pull out the splitboard and head to Snoqualmie Pass after mother nature dumped a couple feet of snow. With rain in the near forecast I knew the window to snowboard was tight.
I packed up the truck and left around 11 a.m. The summit is so close to Seattle it makes it super feasible for afternoon trips. At Hyak, there were already skin tracks meandering through the ski area. Summit West was opening the following day from this trip but no sign of east opening anytime soon.
I made it to the top relatively quick and hardly saw anyone out there. I was able to snowboard two epic runs on the backside and get one on the front side to the truck. The backside was more filled in with less tracks. the pow was a little heavier from being sun baked but the runs were good. The frontside to the truck definitely had more obstacles but I was also stoked on that run. Hopefully more snow is coming cause were on the verge of an actual winter in the PNW. so do those snow dances!
SUBSCRIBE to catch the next one, Cheers.
